Simple holistic wellness program put together by a collaborative group of local businesses dedicated to Veteran Service Member Reintegration.

This program starts with an assessment phase to see the needs and desires of the individual then allows for the member to find the right spot in the community that works best for them.

Life Coach Assessment

Discover your potential with our Life Coach Assessment at CWCW. Our fellow veterans are here to guide you through your life goals, providing support and insights tailored to your unique journey. Let's work together to unlock your strengths and create a roadmap for your future success.

Health Assessment

Extensive Health Assessment by Moov a third party medical professional. The assessment will look into bloodwork and respiratory health to see where your body is and where you can improve!

Injury Screening

Discover the full potential of your range of motion with our in-house Chiropractor at Rehab Loft. Whether you're dealing with or past injuries, we are here to help you align your body and enhance your movement. Physical Therapy Assessment

Discover how our Physical Therapist can assess your strength and fitness levels to enhance your functional movements. We'll create a personalized program tailored to your needs, ensuring stay on track for continued success and a healthy, injury-free lifestyle

2. Find Yourself Stage

Breath and Exposure Session

Find your mindset with a Breathwork session followed by a cold therapy and sauna session coached by Breath and Exposure STL. This group is a veteran owned group dedicated to all individuals finding how to become stress free through a healthier lifestyle.

Massage and Reflexology

Recieve a massage and reflexology session to relax and sooth the body. Conducted by one of our many in house massage therapists dedicated to keeping you relaxed and healthy for your daily life.

Intro to Fitness

Based on your skill level and desire for movement, a highly skilled trainer will take you through an intro to fitness and find your goals for a healthy lifestyle. Based on your desire they will select you for a gym membership program available at R2L Wellness.

Find your Finances Session

If you are curious on what to do with your finances or have the desire to grow or start a business. One Way Teck will help you with any questions or follow on setup you need. All dedicated to promoting your passions and dreams.

3. Ongoing Health

Monthly Gym Membership

Based on movements and desired fitness you can choose from a Crossfit Gym Membership, 24hr access gym, or a personal training regimented for you.

Monthly Life Coach Session

Monthly 1-1 life coaching session to see where you are and what you want to pursue. CWCW will challenge you to stay engaged and drive with a purpose.

Nutrition Coaching and Plan

Nutrition plan and follow on coaching to keep you healthy with monthly dinners and activities to get engaged in the community.

Volunteer Opportunities

The program is free but we will challenge you to give back. With many initiatives and programs for youth coming through the gym we will always have opportunities to volunteer.

The Cost.

Of course nothing is free. Honestly as a fellow Veteran free never really set well with me and most would agree. With that we have partnered with some amazing business to facilitate a cost for the program that is sustainable.

Cost Per 3 Month Program: $2,250

Services Cost

$1,640

In the first three months 9 different business will conduct over 15 different 1 on 1 sessions with the veteran to discuss life goals, assess their physical and mental state, and help them find what they would like to do in life and wellness.

Outreach Cost

$360

This outreach cost goes to the groups we partner with such as Veterans Community Project and others to help market the awareness and help with sustaining the effort of bringing in more Veterans in need.

Admin Cost/General Fund

$250

This portion of the program cost goes to keeping this website primarily, but also is used for general needs such as transportation and meals while going through the program. Our goal is for this fund to be unused by the organization as much as possible and be able to give back to new additional members.
